You do not have to be moving yet. A good share of what we answer is from people months out who want to know whether a lorry gets down their lane, or whether a Kent firm makes sense for a move to France.

Hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday mornings. Anything sent outside those hours is answered on the next working day.

Moving within Kent?

Both addresses and, more usefully than anything else, what the approach looks like at each end. A lane, a gradient, a gravel turn or four flights of coastal staircase changes the answer far more than the number of bedrooms does.

Leaving the county?

Tell us the destination and we will tell you how the Dartford Crossing shapes the departure time, or which of the two Kent crossings a European load would use.

Something went wrong?

Email and say so plainly. Your booking contract sets out how claims work and by when they must be raised. We would far rather talk it through with you than leave you reading clauses on your own.
