The form starts a conversation rather than producing a price. The things that set a Kent figure — volume, the approach, packing depth and whether anything is held — cannot be read off a web form, so nothing here quotes before a survey.
The most useful thing you can put in the notes is what the approach looks like: the lane, the drive, the stairs, the parking.
